You go to a vendor and it clearly identifies the useless trash that you can sell without fear. But couldn’t we get a button that we can click to sell all of it in one go rather than having to go through your bags and right click all of it one by one? They have that in Diablo 3. Are you trying to say they’re better than us??

I am the Solutions Fairy, here to answer your wish: there is an add-on called “SellJunk” that automatically sells all grey items upon opening a vendor. It is configurable to limit how many items are sold at once, and what kind of notifications you get. I have it set to no limit; whenever I open a vendor, I get a list of every item sold displayed in my chatbox, and another notification telling me how much gold total I made.
I highly recommend this one.

Yeah, SellJunk is exactly what you’re looking for. I don’t understand why Blizzard has not added that “function” to the core game however.

I would recommend AutoVendor. It will sell your junk, repair your gear. Use guild money for repairs. Sell gear below certain thresholds if you wish etc.

In my case, it uses my own gold.

Azeroth Auto Pilot also has a setting to automatically sell grey stuff.

It’s an option. It’s up to you whether it uses the gbank or not.
When I came back to WoW just after BFA launched, one of the first things that I did was to install ElvUI and check the box for selling junk.
To be honest… I don’t think that I knew that WoW didn’t have the functionality built in. Go figure.
Elvui lets you vendor grays with out going to a vendor its a fantasic replacement for the standard ui

shrug I just keep my “Sell Junk” option active on Azeroth Auto Pilot as well as my “repair gear” option. Every time I talk to a vendor I get repaired and unburdened.

I would rather have mobs stop dropping junk items altogether and instead drop a higher amount of money.

I use azeroth auto pilot. It does it for me. Sometimes i have to reopen vendor (assuming it has a cap on items) and it sells the rest. It also auto repairs for me
I have an addon called Scrap. It sells grays, repairs my gear with my gold or guild gold, has all kinds of customizations. There’s all kinds of addons like that. Easiest thing is just to google what you’re looking for, but I like coming here and asking opinions too. Never know if you get a dud of an addon.

My Elvui addon for my UI has a feature to automatically vendor grays, but it doesn’t control what blizzard send me through the mail, in the end Elvui is all that you need

To be honest, I am surprised that this is not something that Blizzard has implemented into the base game. As the Solution Fairy named Puzzle–
–pointed out, there are addons that do this but I am surprised that its not baseline in game yet.
Then again, look how long it took for the Mailbox to get an Open All option like what addons such as Postal had been doing for ages.
Idk, I think a “sell trash/junk” button would be pretty handy to have baseline.

There’s only one problem.if you auto sell ,even greys,you might sell a rare item ,so look carefully some of those greys are worth thousand of gold.
