There are some grays that role players like to wear. I don’t know if it’s common now or not after transmog.
Ok I was thinking the same, why would they sell for that much if you can’t transmog it lmao.
Blizz should just get rid of junk drops all together and increase the gold drops from mobs to compensate. Save bag space.

A better question is why is the game programmed to fill my bags to the brim with junk every time I go do four Emissaries?

I have grey items that I like to keep…
Otherwise I guess that addon works.

It’s part of the immersion to see what you looted from an enemy and then sell it.

Hey if you don’t already know… using the “sell junk” button in ElvUI without talking to a vendor just deletes it all instead.
This is what I use. Since I love Elvui. I have a nice little sell button. I like controlling what I sell by pressing the button vs just having it auto sell because sometimes there is a gray item that I might want to keep or send to someone.
There’s also a function that does this in the bag addon “Adibags” (I converted from Bagnon and haven’t looked back). Just right-click on the “Junk” category at a vendor and you sell everything in it.
I like it because it’s not SUPER automated, sometimes there’s stuff classified as “Junk” that I want to keep for whatever reason.

been using it for years. simple addon. no setup needed. adds the “sell junk” button.
Spartan UI has the option to auto-sell junk items or higher, if you’re feeling a little kooky, when you talk to a vendor.

There’s also a couple like SellJunk. Scrap, for example, sells junk by default but you can also specify items to sell.
If you end up with a lot of random white quality stuff you know doesn’t sell well, you can add that to a list on the addon and then it’ll auto sell that stuff too.
No thanks. The game has a hard time distinguishing what us and isn’t junk. The Steamy Romance Novels, are an example, I think. As well as other readable items.
“Leatrix Plus” will sell junk, auto repair and customize most everything in the interface.
I love selljunk, it also tells me what I made from selling all that…junk. It’s so convenient.
