It is absolutely insane to me that Seething Shores has remained on the Random rotation despite it being unpopular throughout it’s entire lifespan, while Strand of the Ancients has been practically deleted from the game.
If you’re gonna let Seething Shores continue to be the most boring gamemode in existence, at LEAST bring Strand back onto the random rotation, or at the very least as a brawl.

Cc nerfs lead to other classes that don’t have easy ways to deal with sap to be able to play off nodes

Yeah, my style of rogue play is the sneaky back-capping pest, the one that back-caps Bunkers and Towers, the turner of the tide in a close game. The one who played the objectives and did not care about kills and damage. The class fantasy is gone IMO.
Now it’s a bland dps that brings very little to the table. I mean in bgs, not the arena.
I still think we’ll have a place as the “backline pest” purely because we can consistently get back there.
I mean, we might not be able to yoink nodes outright, but we can still “jumpscare” lone defenders, and if good enough, can force them to call for backup or risk losing the node.
And said backup is usually people having to break away from the frontline.

You just need to confidently stand next to the defender and act like you belong there while you take their flag.
They’ll think, “Oh, they’re not attacking. This must be a teammate. … Wait a sec…”
The funny thing is this actually works.
Works irl too. Dress right, look bored, walk confidently, and you can go anywhere.
