I just had this happen to me (vid isn’t mine, but clear example)
I did this bg many times as alliance. I never had any awareness of this happening, though I had read about it in the forums. I think if there was a PvP director they would have figured it out and fixed it.
Reloadui fixes it, some kind of loading bug.

My loading screen has a mini stroke/seizure whenever I go into seething shore. It lasts about 15 seconds. I haven’t had the bug in the video happen to me yet this prepatch at least.

They are not really on the ship .., it just shows like that on your screen . On their screen they are down on the ground .
It’s a known bug for last 2 years .

Still happens, and I guarantee it gets reported every day from first time observers. Seems like a fix would definitely be the more economical solution. 
Just remove it!! It’s a terrible map anyway.

Hey now, recently in XPoff games I have noticed this map Always pops up when the game is short players. No GY to camp.
Well known bug. Happens even in the highest level of RBGs. You have to reload. Not a cheat/exploit.
easy fix, just remove seething shore. its the only bg where even if you win you still feel like you have lost.
