Seething shore Changes

I have no major issues with the mechanics of the map. My major gripe is that theres no way to properly direct the team to nodes. Because theres no real landmarks on the map and each node is not marked in any way on the map.
A simple Letter or numbering system as they spawn on the map with be good
1-5
A-E
That way when one spawns you can communicate and say “roate off 1, switch to 3”.

Hmmm that’s actually a good point. Most maps have a way of describing which flag/point you are referring to and this one really doesn’t. I don’t see them adding any kind of formal system though. One thought is to just make the geysers different colors. People would learn them over time and you can use that as a point of reference (like get to gold or red etc.).

They do have names, but there’s quite a few that I guess it would be hard to remember all of them.

Really? I dding even know they had names. So you can see the names of the geysers if you hover over them with your mouse? Or how?

Yea I believe hovering over them.

Just look at the achievement for mining them all. The names are there.

crash site, tar pit, ruins, island… that’s all I got.

Side note and completely off topic but does anyone else find it strange that on all the azerite world quests, Magni thinks its super bad if anyone else has the azerite but its ok if we kill them and take the azerite for ourselves…

Its not very clear because ive been in that map more than a handful of times and never even noticed they had names. They should probably just implement something slightly more obvious.

Either way, you have to open your map a lot in this BG. I’ve just gotten used to it. I just yell at my teammates to look at the map and get to an empty node. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.

I dont mind opening my map alot. I just want more clearcut indicators for each node especially since there are so many spots they spawn its difficult to remember all the names especially for new players. But a simple map labeling system of any
kind would help

I almost wonder if that would be more confusing. Not sure how you are gonna label 12 different spots. People goof up SSM still at times

What if they had different colors. There are never too many at a time, so the colors could just be reused? They’d need uhm, different settings for colorblind people I’d guess, but “rotate to green” might be easier to say than “rotate to overgrowth.”

You wouldnt label the individual spots, you would just label the ones that have spawned. So for example they could just number them 1-30. First 3 would be 1-3 on the map. Then 4,…5… ect until the game ends
