They indeed called it a day because I don’t know if it was unintentional or done as pure mockery but Amirdrassil is set on daytime. Always bright and shinny filled with sunbeams. No night sky, no stars and specially no Moon.
You can only see a bit of purple sky inside Bel’ameth but as soon as you step outside you’re met with a perpetual day.
Is it that hard to give Night Elves some well deserved Night for them to rest and feel at home?

More like Mid’ameth.
This will always be inferior to Nordrassil because it uses Shadowlands’ fanfiction as a base and it has no connection to the Night elves beyond surface level aesthetic. Mount Hyjal and Nordrassil should’ve been updated to be the new Night elf capital.

Undercity that’s above ground needs to be cleaned, and opened to Alliance. The Ruins of Lordaeron was a Alliance city and should be a neutral area.

Bel’ameth is the name you’d give to the night elf town that’s halfway away from the capital. It just doesn’t feel right as the capital itself.

This is a really great point to highlight, but the “sanctuary” classification still won’t dissaude people.
I 100% promise you that on RP servers there will be a concerningly large number of players Horde side who will absolutely be griefing the living daylights out of Kaldorei RPers.
That, giant mounts and toys, chat spam, etc. There’s a hundred ways it will happen.

Since it sounds like Gilneas is being reclaimed and Silvermoon is scheduled to be heavily featured in the upcoming expansions
I believe so. They may give Bel’Ameth upgrades and updates to make it a proper Capital City hub, like New Year’s Fireworks, Bank, AH, portals, among other things. But yes, other species are getting their dues as well.
Never thought I’d see Gilneas reclaimed, hope they get amenities like transmog, barber, AH, and bank. Golbins already have a pseudo city in Bilgewater Harbor right outside of Orgrimmar, just without amenities. Maybe Gnomeregan cane be a proper city as well with amenities.
Finally, this you may like…if Silvermoon City and the Ghostlands are going to be reworked…then maybe Azuremyst Isle and the Exodar can be reworked so it’s no longer a shipwreck and instead be a proper city.

It’s ok. Nobody expects the Alliance to be witty like, oh, I dunno, an Undead… 
I wish they’d make undead able to be alliance. It’s my favorite race aesthetic wise.
Also at least alliance can build proper housing instead of mud huts.
