Leveling through dungeons at level 58 and it seems that that spirit link is not working with level syncing.
It may be one of those things you don’t get until later levels, and the game just might not let you use it. There are a few things like that since the level squish.

The second boss has a spirit link mechanic, and it was destroying our group. Healer was pumping and active mitigation was up for everyone, and it was still eating our health pools like we were in like M+100 or some crazy stuff.
Can confirm, I have 29k life and one tick of the totem was doing ~50k damage. Literally not possible :<
What’s it with RFK being so problematic? IIRC it still doesn’t count for guild achievements.
