On top of the fact the hunter buffs wont effect ranged bm hunter. Which is the top performer of ranged hunters.

These are decent Paladin changes but if you’re going this direction and also giving our spells our melee crit next phase then PLEASE let Sheath of the Light affect ALL OF OUR ABILITIES by giving the ones that lack it a spell power coefficient.
This would be the one thing that would finally give Ret good enough scaling to compete, not to mention it would also be very easy to tweak the numbers up or down.
List of Paladin changes that SHOULD be made ASAP:
#1 - Make Divine Storm holy damage
#2 - Give everything that doesn’t have one already a spell damage coefficient (you can tweak numbers easily from there if any of them prove too strong)
#3 - Change the Sanctity Aura talent into “Sanctified Auras” which simply adds a 10% holy damage buff to any other aura you are using
#4 - Make Seals UNDISPELLABLE
These changes actually make for a well designed coherent spec that would work together for once and give Ret a solid base moving forward that finally gives some decent scaling AND gives Ret a reason to take tier gear like Judgement later on and not just all Warrior gear…it is also completely in line with the class/spec fantasy and lore.

You do realize that math is your friend, right? We know serpent sting doesn’t scale until new ranks are unlocked. Other classes are similarly gated until higher level caps on their skills. Regardless, Chimera shot + Chimera shot sting are 30 - 40% of current ranged hunter DPS. This is the 2nd highest damage done outside of auto-attack damage. Math will tell you what this buff does. You don’t have to base your conclusions on your feelings.
So Mr. Kaivax, do you think it is a good use of your development time to be buffing literally the 2 best classes in the game right now (mage and warlock) instead of working on bringing others to their level? If the answer is yes that’s cool, but I don’t wanna hear no excuse about having a small dev team in the future.

No, this will not help frost mage much at all. Frosts runes are revolved around ice lance which is insanely undertuned. Ranged hunter will still be way way ahead of frost, don’t worry.

Mages get an entire SWEEPING buff to damage and healing and paladins get a TINY incremental change to one rune that doesn’t even help Holy or Prot?!
