How would Nourish buff make Living Seed okay? Nourish doesn’t have increased crit chance.

I mean this was 10 days ago.
It’s a hard cast heal that can crit. Therefore it makes it a viable living seed spell.
Still gonna be absolute dogwater in comparison to fury unless living seed starts being able to proc off hots + hots critting.
If you think 382 atk pwr per weapon enchantment multiplied at (atkpwr*.15)*15 is less than 75% of your total mana you have no idea how math works.
Can you add the 50% mana reduction to starfire? spriests get a blanket 50% why cant we?

I love the Shamanistic Rage changes for shaman. Great change there.
Also, earth shield changes are nice but not sure if itll be chosen over Shamanistic rage ever. Maybe make shamanistic rage a book like shadow fiend? 
Alpha rune change though doesnt really make any sense to me. It is a nice buff to enh Shaman dps. but does nothing for other specs? Im positive tank shamans will throw it on healers if they are in a dungeon or group with no OT. Just seems a little off to me. I have never been a huge fan of the rune not providing any passive benefit to the shaman though prior to this change. Just wish it affected all specs.
Lastly, a weapon imbue duration change or book would be nice, 5 min imbues are rough.

But what about ele shaman or resto shaman that have to run the Alpha rune bc there are no enhance shamans? Love to see the enh shaman love, but why is it only them getting buffed if they run alpha?

I’m on board with everything shaman related… except the AW change.
This change essentially forces us to go back to RB / RB again, undoing the FTW and removing WF from us.
I totally get you wanting us to use AW in raid as enh DPS, but need to come up with a better idea than 20% flat AP.
Maybe 20% AP for WF and FTW? Not just flat 20% AP?
Oh, and just to add, this makes lifebloom useable, which is nice, but it seems like the go-to runes are still going to be fury + dreamstate for those slots as you didn’t make dreamstate proc from crit heals and there’s no other useful rune for resto druids in the feet slot. They have to crit with a damage spell to even have a rune in that slot be useful to them at all, which means they have to use fury.
For living seed to really shine and become a strong option over fury, dreamstate needs to also proc on healing crits and either lifebloom’s bloom or nourish need to benefit from resto’s regrowth crit talent.

What’s the base miss chance with spells? Why the 10% increased hit chance? Is there even a 10% chance to miss to begin with in SOD?
I’m just not excited to change the balance rotation again, but the dots did need a buff and mana cost reduction.
My max mana unbuffed is 3300. Sham rage will regen 2475 of my mana.
Previously, I needed to constantly keep up double rockbiter weapon (mandatory dual wield + spending mana on these all the time), place strength of earth totem (I’m a caster, why do I want this?) AND spend a GCD on Blood Fury to regen about 2000 mana on sham rage.
This. Is. A. GIGANTIC. Buff.
