Fair. If we’re doing that, can we do something similar for Catnip? I wanna try feral on my druid, but the gold cost of Catnip seems…stupid.

Hunters are the only pure dps class in the game, god forbid they have a spec at #1 in pve for now (warrior and rogue will pass them soon). Melee hunter in PvP isn’t even close to OP, in fact ranged hunters are much better. Funny how most of the lower dps classes in pve tend to be the OP classes in PvP though

It’s crazy how opposite our experiences are, as well as our expectations for the game.

As i said before though, i’m not saying that the nerfs/balancing certain things is a bad thing. I just simply stated only parsers care.
I would just hate to see this game turn into retail where every class can do everything, the same damage numbers, the same faction perks with a different coat of paint.

Classes need to feel unique. Factions need to feel unique. That feeling of “god i love being a rogue” or “god i love being a shaman” or “god i love being horde”… if you make everyone do the same damage and take away everything special about rolling a certain character, what’s the point?

I want to say thank you for finally giving us a wrist slot rune, but Light’s Grace should have been on wrist to begin with. Doesn’t fix the fact that it still is a trash rune, but hey, a win for Holy Paladins finally I guess.

My expectations? What are my expectations? I don’t believe I ever mentioned any besides wanting the faction populations to remain balanced, which causes me to take into account the expectations of my fellow players because they are…y’know…the population.

The reason we’re having this discussion in the first place is because they began to homogenize things and then stopped suddenly without reaching a solid stopping point. I can eat raw cookie dough and I can eat cookies, but I’m not tempted by half-baked goo.

At this point im only asking shamans to come to my raid to tank trash. Theyre worthless as tanks on bosses. Good thing dual spec exists, im not letting any shamans tank bosses.

Are druid’s a joke to Blizzard?
Starsurge not consuming Clearcasting is great, but honestly the class is in need of so much more.

Skull Bash swap is also weird, why not just have legs have 5 options like other classes? Warriors have like 5 on chest or legs if I remember correctly from P1. Seems really bad for cat druids who can’t afford to give up Mangle, especially in PvP where you would want Skull Bash (and Savage Roar would be considerably less valuable).

Also no Munter nerfs, and Rogues get a buff to an I assume under used rune yet realistically they also flat out need nerfs.

I can’t believe that balance Druids doing max 700 dps and munters doing 1500+ dps results in the absolute non-changes.

Class balance is an absolute joke. A difference of >100% dps between classes is just not acceptable.

If you can move runes, get rid of Rebuke and turn it into a book or freebie for paladins. If you’re not going to address the massive PVE disparity for their tanking and dps subclasses (Looking at you, Mana Regen) at least throw them a bone for a boss mechanic or pvp.

Sorry, I do think i misread your counters a bit and assumed you had a diferent expectation, it’s hard to read all this from a cracked screen on mobile haha.
I actually completely agree with your second point though, they never should have started to homogenize with the alliance racials at all. I disagreed with that when they first announced it, but i still stand by the only parsers care sentiment.

I wish they would just reverse the original change personally, but I know parsers would still complain which would lead to more homogenization if the devs listened primarily to the minority.
i do feel like the game would lose the spark of feeling like your class is awesome and the leading connection the player feels to their character if that were to happen.

In any case, we’ll just have to wait to see what they do. I think a lot of decisions are based on metrics more then people like us having conversations in the forums lol.

That’s crazy because people are still restricted from AH, mail, trade, after voicing their anger and blizzard has done nothing, expect say ‘yup, pay the same sub as everyone else and stay restricted’. At least let them buy bags from AH.

aff is underperforming big time compared to destro…Aff has always been the top tier pve spec,not destro.This was needed to make them up to par.

can you stop ignoring my class and start nerfing all other classes please? i’m pretty smart and a good player i got my first blue parse this week. also delete pvp damage. just remove it from the game. i’m sick of dying all the time and no i don’t want to roll a pve server. thanks i hope you consider my feedback.   • Warlocks with Metamorphosis active and the Master Demonologist talent will now gain increased threat generation when they summon an Imp or Felguard (was decreased threat generation).

Warrior

  • Victory Rush heal increased to 30% of the Warrior’s health (was 10%).
