Its not uncommon to anticipate the hoj coming…alot of people would kick if they noticed a pally running and then they stop…as soon as they stop they throw out the kick..its normal but it happens

We saw an immense amount of scripting in DF and AI has only gotten better since. I wouldnt doubt it still happens frequently.

What does AI have to do with this? A program can read a spell just fine before AI.

Also, I think people are forgetting the people left PvPing are PvPers. It’s not hard to push a button that has Sanc 1, 2, 3 party on it.

My friend called out a druid scripting/botting in shuffle and the guy actually linked him his discord where he advertises and sells the bot as “WASD gladiator/r1” for most specs.

The kicker? It was named after his character. Call outs are against TOS so I won’t get perma’d for it. He advertises himself as an “Ex blizzcon competitor”

I’ve seen him in my shuffle numerous times since then.

I had a hunter pretty blatantly kickbotting in my shuffle couple weeks ago. I thought the first couple was sus like wow what the heck that was fast. I mentioned it to team and pres started paying attention. Well next round he kicks the dreambreath same fashion and pres is like LOL OK.

Pres took one for lobby and intentionally threw every round with hunter and refused to heal him.

I’ve gotten 3 of these so far this season

I report every botter I see. I think the problem is most people can’t tell when someone is scripting so they get away with it. Most classes don’t have many interactions besides kickbot that would give it away.

Mine is if they kick my stopcast void torrent macro like huh?? OK bot lol i just instant report and move on. All you can do. Better programmed kickbots are harder to tell because it has a random ms input on kicks so it will never kick the same twice, or be instant it will just kick but at different points of cast so you wouldn’t be able to tell.

I don’t see very many instances where I’m sure someone is cheating, but had a 2s match a few weeks ago where a DH was backflipping, etc. faster than you’d imagine the human brain can react to something.

For his sake I hope he wasn’t cheating, because his Priest got deleted by Flux’s Mage anyway. Lol

You would be surprised how sophisticated some of the profiles are for these things.

That said the majority I see can do obvious things like FDing a cheapshot/kidney melding them, fading them etc or dh backflip perfectly all game long.

BUT majority i see just max global dps pump and kickbot so they aren’t exactly “insane” because it lacks human decision making and pve parsing doesn’t carry every game.

the exception being some bots work of each other and are sold as a package.

IE the cupid ones will perfectly sync its CC to the milisecond like when hunter stuns ret hojs kil target and priest one chas offtarget. Obviously any players can 123 go in discord like that, but these remove the human error margin on timing and are perfectly sync’d.

Lvladin showed that ret ones sancing things mid animation in a video once it was pretty inhuman, but the user could have easily changed the sanc delay humanizer to be less noticeable and no one would have been the wiser.

Pmuch the same thing with scripting in LoL. People ragehack and turn humanizer delay to 0 and its like LOL WHAT AM I WITNESSING.

Xerath and yasuo scripts are absolutely disgusting if you can imagine what a bot can do with those. It even has movement predication calculations based off your movement so you can’t even dodge the skillshots.

I had a rag hunter two seasons ago kick nothing but void torrent the picosecond I started the cast, like before the animation even showed up. 2-3 games later I just used it as bait to wipe him, but like that was one of the easiest reports of my life.

I’d rather lose as a humble duelist than let a Game Genie play for me at upper brackets. People are so lame.

THIS quest has ruined you! Professor Oats (Doors) would be so disappointed in you, Assh Kissem!!

Or just using in game bugs like Misingno on the side of the island to duplicate rare candy because it was the 5th item down in your inventory

I’m not sure what botting platform does it, but I noticed one last season that alot of hunters were using had mind flay insanity as a HIGH prio, and for whatever reason normal mind flay too.

So we would play splay and it would kick insanity before i had a cast bar, same with mind flay now this season. For whatever reason it always priotizes it and still does this season.. Needless to say they always lose and we laugh but its actually funny to see. Like oh ok now you die to chaos bolts and soulfire hope the mindflay kick was worth it

Like you know they are botting and clueless 1800 players coasting off the bots success but its funny to to see.

I ran into one of my actual friends playing jungle and they were kicking mindblast and mindflay and got stomped by my lock and he hops in cord to complain about rsham destro splay being aids and its like bro, walk me through your thinking where you are chain kicking the SP on mind flays and mindblasts and getting absolutetly turreted on by the destro for it. Like you guys arent botting so what excuse do u have to be kicking those all game LOL

if you do get instant kicked on your mindflay now lightning quick, now you know, for whatever reason it just targets that over everything else in arena maybe its coded as same spell in its kick list? but its a solid give away

Shadow priest is scary because they’re afraid of the dark obvi

And lol, imagine letting a Destro free cast into your team - especially last season with end of expansion stats. Jfc

Ya even this season, it does it. I also noticed that the kickbots will priortize fear over chaos bolt every single time. So if you suspect someones botting and your with a destro pay attention to the kicks.

It will literally insta kick fears and let bolts go through every single time, or target mind flay casts.

You can game it in your favor once you realize it and force kicks out that way since you wont be able to juke it.

We had a beastcleave double botting and thats how we beat them a few times once we figured it out, he casts fear i cast mindflay both insta kick then tee off on them lol, we faced them like 4x and the enh/bm never bothered to turn it off or tweak their settings lmao

That’s really just insanely pathetic and these players should be hardware banned lol

Nah blizz makes too much money off them. Far more then normal players.

They keep their battlenets and just make wow2-12 eventually.

You figure every banwave they go out, buy character boosts, tokens, new xpac, a sub for that license. $$$

You buy the xpac once these guys do it multiple times an expansion ontop of every other shop service. They are cash cows for blizz, imagine the number of PVE/PVP botters rotation botting in high end guilds mythic raiding, mythic+, pvp, you name right.

Every banwave every single one of them has to go buy a new wow2 or wow3, etc and all that, blizzard makes absolute bank every banwave. Those players prob spent more on WoW in 2 expansions then you have if you’ve been playing since vanilla :dracthyr_hehe_animated:

No hardware bans will happen
