Hi Dev Team,
Please increase the number of these that drop significantly. Given how easy you’ve made it to get SMourne please make it easier to get alts ICC ready using dungeons. For a new’ish 80, if you aren’t getting carried in ICC, it can take many dozens of dungeons and also having to do ToGC.

They already increased the drop rate compared to the tokens last phase. It’s much faster to farm these than it was sidereal. It’s pretty quick to get items on this. Just do more dungeons.

When you need several hundred of them on a brand new 80, it’s a lot and I mean a LOT of dungeons. Given at how everything else has been expeditated, especially the most coveted item in Wrath, asking for more of these to drop to gear up faster is not out of the question. So save your snide comment, please and thank you.
You can get more than 60 scourgestones a day. Just play the game.
Do you guys not hear yourselves? Having to spam dozens of dungeons isn’t fun. Why be such a rude ahole? Increasing the drop rate for these to get old gear doesn’t hurt anyone.

Wotlk didn’t even that catchup before and plenty of people managed to raid ICC.

You could always do old raids if doing dungeons is less fun. But that’s the quickest way. So that’s up to you.
H+ is plenty of catchup and way more powerful than what they did with Shadowmourn. Lot of raid groups will be done or nearly done still by the time someone get Shadowmourn.
Do you actually play? I don’t think you do. I really don’t think you’re actively playing the game. I think you’re just a troll trying to get under people’s skin. Asking for an increase for these is not a bad idea.
Yes I play the game on multiple alts. Rather than you that do not want to play by doing dungeons which is the fastest way to catchup but still you gotta ask for more.
You can get over 60+ scourgestones a day, in less than a week you can get geared. That’s pretty fast. If you can’t do that in a week do not worry the patch will last around 5-6 months.
You dont need hundreds of them to get ICC ready…
Get weapons + Trinkets from scourgestones
Get 3rd weapon slot / ring / full T9 from Triumph badges
Get other ring (239) from algalon loot vendor
Get rest of the gear from dungeons (225) or do 1 day of pvp for rest (245-264)
gratz you made it from 4k to 5500 in 3 days
This isn’t true for ele shammy. When was the last time people let you into 25man ICC with PvP gear as a pug? Just stop.

It takes just a dozen or so dungeons to get the best pre-ICC trinkets in the game… why are you whining about this?
Try doing it the old way when you were at the mercy of RNG and never saw it drop in 15 resets.
Some people never got those trinkets until the scourgestone vendor… and here you are whining about gamma drop rates.

Asking to increase the drop rate to reduce the time necessary to get into raids is not whining. 12 dungeons for 2 trinkets? You’re profoundly bad at math, go back to grade school.
Fire of the Heavens is 60 stones
Reign of the Unliving is 38 stones (non-heroic)
These are the two trinkets that you can buy - that’s 98 stones. You really think you get 98 stones from 12 dungeons? 4 bosses per dungeon is 48 stones. For just the trinkets, you need to run at least 22.
Just stop being a jerk to people who are coming in late and wanting to catch up so they can raid.

I said “or so” lol… in any case, my point remains valid- you’re getting BiS pre-ICC faster than most who waited multiple lockouts to get theirs (and that’s assuming RNG was kind to them).
Spamming gammas is your catchup route. They’re already handing difficult to get trinkets for free. And by that I mean no worries about lockouts, no worries about RNG, No worries about competing with others for said trinket.
The effort put into gammas is miniscule compared to HM raids. It’s sad you think you’re entitled to gear you’d never see outside of raiding. Be thankful it’s even available to you.
As do I. Got my alts their trinkets in a couple of days of spamming gammas. I for one am grateful I was able to get my Death’s Verdict for my ret in two days.
Eh… I’m glad they have the vendor for alts and catchup. But yeah… it’s already a breeze getting these pre-ICC BiS gear.
I suppose it’s blizzard’s fault for even adding these vendors in classic. You never saw this gear outside of raiding in OG Wotlk.
