What would you like to see in this? Sure its a prepatch but fun stuff have come from it in the past. Since it is inspired by WotLK event, I would like:

and the plate version. Also toss in a cloth. This would fit PERFECTLY to be a catch up gear mechanic, like in BFA WQ but you know, unique and not just same skin as from WoD salvage yard

Keep it like the original, but say a floating ghost form of a NPC. Maybe one for each race?
I do not want the same models used from armor, these were removed and I like that they were removed and are a nice thing for those people that participated at the time. I would love an updated, say 3D elements to it, etc. As it is just 4 sets, the art team could knock it out quickly, and it would make the SL prepatch an amazing event to get timed exclusive things again. We really didn’t have too much of that outside of the normal PvP set stuff in BfA

I would love this, to be JUST as insane as it was in prepatch in TBC. Entire zones getting decimated by players trolling others and turning them zombies. No level restrictions, starting zones could be zombie fests. The pyramid and Boralus? Undead hotbed. The heart chamber? More like zombie chamber

World of Warcraft is a different game these days. It’s not about being its own living, breathing world, it’s about consuming content at the pace I want to.
Shadowlands is supposed to be a chance for new players to enter the game as well as returning players. Trolling people leveling is the literal opposite of what Blizzard wants to be doing.
I want it, but different. I hate them bringing expired stuff back in. I like exclusive stuff to show off a veteran status like the MT. I want an updated version. Make the chains on the skirt, chains. Give it a Legion treatment like they gave the BT gear

I miss the 1 or 2 days I had where I realized my hunter pet stayed spawned when I zombified and was able to just catch the disease and plop my butt in an alliance starting zone and sick a level 70 kujo on brand new players.
Makes perfect sense why blizzard patched that out asap but it was fun af.

Give me the rest of the undead slaying mail. I got it back in the day but sold most of it and /weeps
(edit: not saying to give everyone undead slaying gear, just those of us who may still have pieces lying around for whatever reason and other achievements showing we around doing the Wrath launch stuff way back when)
Just make it like the first one. it was a some of the best random fun I remember having in a prepatch.

That event was the must fun prepatch event ever , i remember giant zombies groups destroying everything , and as always ppl start to cry and Blizzard took down , because you know FUN …

I’d like to see the invasion hit ALL of Azeroth, not just Ice Crown — make it an event where it’s all over the place, like a real world-wide threat.
Getting to experience the Scourge invasion event was one of my most fun experiences in my entire history of playing WoW. I could understand why it annoyed some people, but I had a ton of fun with it.
We won’t get the same kind of event due to the nature of it interfering with someone else’s gameplay and potential enjoyment, but I’m hoping it’s inspired enough to be fun.

id like to see them bring back the Undercity Plaguebat since I didnt get it as I wasnt playing (and hadnt played for 5 years so didnt even know about the mount until today).
oh and I’d like an undead invasion in goldshire on moon guard that kills off everyone in the inn, and have the undead camp it for like weeks keeping everyone dead dead dead dead dead
