I was so excited for this event. It was the reason I was resubing. Now that it’s gutted because of people who want zero inconvenience in their game play, I have no reason to sub. This sucks.

Fall damage from ten yards high killing them instantly?
Jumping on incline does 20% of their HP in damage?

Not the game community, mind you - because people who play the game love this stuff. Outside of that forum bubble, people love crazy stuff like what this event was on PTR.

They’ve been nerfed since the massive zombie spam at the start of the PTR, but they’ve literally said that it will start out slower and then build up to similar levels. Windowlickers are just looking for any excuse to wail about not being able to grief. In Legion they have the dreadlords stuff and that was plenty of chaos in the cities, they’re not afraid of that, they’ve just made changes so it’s going to be actually playable.

The fall damage is real, you lose absurd amount of health from fall damage, on top of the halfed health
Another case of people whining the loudest that was suprisingly fun on the PTR.
If there was a opt in than this change would’ve not existed but nerfing it heavily killed it for me as thematically it doesn’t make sense to have less zombies and scourge roaming considering what happened at Icecrown.

They’ve always been the downfall of the game…remember wrath babies? I figured Blizzard would’ve learned by now. I was going to keep my sub active all the way through, but Im going to just wait until the release date of the xpac because the prepatch is pointless to be a part of now that its nerfed.
I still haven’t bought SL, and to be honest, if they are already ruining fun things like this prepatch its really making me lose my hype and kind’ve killed my high hopes for Shadowlands all together. Its a really bad first impression for the new xpac.

So your solution is to delete part of the game because you feel…what was that word again… Entitled! That’s the one.
There are entitled players on both sides of the fence. That’s why it’s best to analyze a situation and employ critical thinking instead of just casting broad nets and lumping everything you don’t like together because they all only share one thing in common… that being you don’t like them.

Man, imagine blizz dropping the patch notes with the nerfs to keep the whiners happy , but the looks on their faces when blizz launch the event in its full glory without telling anyone.
