Scorching Valor Mount Missing

Hello, I have a yearly subscription and have had one for years. I haven’t received a Scorching Valor mount, gift boxed or otherwise. How long should I expect until it arrives, before becoming concerned? - Thanks

I really appreciate everyone’s information. This is just an update for this week. I have two accounts with a yearly subscription. Both are current (one with a history of years, the other for the last 1-2 years); and they are set for auto renewal. Still no mount.

Players on existing 6-Month or 12-Month recurring subscription plans with a future renewal date will automatically receive the mount and pet at no additional charge.

Items will be granted through Battle.net by January 31, 2026.

So the fact that my last purchase was for 12 months and my sub doesn’t end until September isn’t valid? That’s a bit nitpicky of y’all…..

If purchase of (6 months within last 5 months) OR (12 months within last 11 months) = get cool mount

I’m not sure if you are asking the same question as the OP, the line was from the news page for this item.

It depends on if your subscribe is set to renew when your sub runs out in September. In order to qualify, you do need to have it set.

But the thing is, you no longer have a sub if you cancelled the auto-renew. Now you just have game time. The mounts are a perk for having a sub set up, not just for having purchased a large amount of time at once.

In the future you can always keep it set up to auto-renew until like a week before it re-bills. They send you an alert on email and you can also set a reminder on your phone to cancel then. I’m pretty sure there’s a cutoff where if you cancel too close to a mount being given, you lose access to it but I’m not entirely sure on that.

At least if you really like the mounts it’s available in the shop as a standalone purchase, and would likely go on sale at some point too if you want to wait.

I got the mount but not the pet. and I do the yearly as well.

The mount is for Retail, the pet is for Classic. The Shop has a similarly-named pet for purchase on Retail.

I too was having this issue and was just double checking my account on the web page and saw the my gifts tab under my account icon, there it was. It was not showing in the gifts on battle.net launcher BUT i was able to claim it through the my Gifts web page. Hope this may help someone else.
