Not sure if this is a bug or what’s going on but I dont have the Scenario option under Dungeon Finder and Premade Groups.
Is anybody else experiencing this problem ?

Considering there was only the Theramore bit there, and I’m pretty sure that was being removed when MoP started, I personally expected that button to go away. When I logged onto an 85 character, it’s still there, my guess is since it’s only marked as 85, that it goes away once you pass the level.
There’s scenarios at 90.
Ahh, okay, so it goes away at 86, and comes back at 90 I’m guessing. I’m only 89 at the moment, so I honestly didn’t know.
