No doubt. But the lawsuit says she’s getting millions less than she would’ve gotten from a theatrical-only release, because all the D+ purchases on their $30 premier access don’t count for her earnings.

No, I do. She already accomplished that. In fact, it’s making more money than the contract said.
D+ made something like 60 million on their buy for home streams. Big time money loss on her end.

Sounds like her agent messed up, unless her contract prevented them from releasing early on streaming services, in which case they would be in breach of contract.
If the only issue is that she’s not getting paid for the Disney plus because it wasn’t negotiated in to the contract then her agent messed up and should be fired.
I have recipes. My favorite recipe uses 4 ounces of dark chocolate and a tablespoon of corn syrup to keep them moist. Very intense.

Disney will likely argue that her earnings should be tempered by the covid limitations and there for an act of god, removing them from culpability or liability. Because of course, paying her what she was projected to earn from pre-covid forecasts would be such a huge financial hit to Disney’s coffers.
Good faith is a lost business practice.

So in other news who has seen the movie? The Disney+ cost seemed way to high … you can just wait and buy the bluray for less.
Theatres have been absurdly expensive for some time.
I used to go to the movies all the time when I was a kid. It was one of my favorite things to do. However at nearly $20 a pop (not including food which is absurd), now I only go a couple of times a year, and this is as an adult - so with a salary instead of allowance.

I prefer useing 56% chocolate. Its like not dark but not too sugery for my recepies that involve melting chocolate.

If she worked with Disney they would have given her more work opportunities in the future for agreeing with the D+ choice. Win or lose, she is done in Hollywood.
