Hi, I was wondering if there’s anything that can be done about someone scamming for gold? I traded him 13k for a sunfire robe pattern, he clicked accept first and it switched to a worthless pattern without unaccepting/changing. I have video of him doing it as well, I’m not sure how it was done but I think some sort of script.
Is there any in-game support that can help me with this?
You can report them, but your gold is probably lost to you. Reporting them will get the transaction looked into by a GM, and if they were found to truly be scamming, the gold would be removed from their inventory and perhaps further sanctions may apply depending on their history. The gold isn’t likely to be returned to you, but you can at least make sure they don’t profit from the situation.

The game should not function like that. If someone managed to do that, it is a problem that QA and Devs would want to know about.
When you ticket you need name, server, time/date, chat channel, nature of the infraction. Blizz only uses their logs, but you can give them the info they need to access the right ones.
Likely a WeakAura script. This has happened before.
