Scaling is broken

Specifically in LEGION raids. Scaling is broken across all old content from prior to BFA.

You might want to post in bug reports and mention how scaling is broken.

Here’s the thread a lot of us are contributing to. It’s not just Legion raids either. Health pools all over legacy raids are seriously screwed up. (WOTLK bosses having more health than MOP bosses…Legion bosses having more health than BFA bosses.)
