To PvP’s whom it may concern,
Have you been experience long que Times?
Oceanic PvP community feels like its on a slow decline due to low player count.
The Solution to this problem is Merge OCE and US servers as has been done on retail.
Reasons being:
- Prime time OCE ques are often unavailable
- Continual Vsing of the same team for hours on end
- No Ques at all during the day
- Many PvPs have stopped queing due to long wait periods which is causing a snowball effect of more and more players not bothering to que
If this issue is not resolved, it is only a matter of time before OCE PVP dies.
I am a twitch streamer with a good understanding of what the OCE PVP community wants as its majority of my viewer base. This post is also on their behalf

Please remerge us, 5+ minute wait times at “prime time” isn’t fun.
Not to mention mass amounts of collusion and wintrading by the same people every season is too easy with oceanic only queues.

OCE is just a smaller community but it sure looks like PvP participation across the board is pretty abysmal. For instance, rival (top 10%) is 1647 in OCE, but only 1660 in US battlegroup. Let’s also not get into the absolute HORRID experience that is wrath 2v2, who wants 40 minute games?
Surely this problem will just snowball when we get the greatest raid tier in the history of WoW in a month or so…

They did merge OCE with US. The OCE players fiercely revolted. This change was promptly reverted.

They merged us without context. We just woke up one day and we’re queued with random from other servers. Never gave a warning or explanation. Of course the players freaked out. We had a healthy population in Classic vanilla, but in WOTLK there’s absolutely nothing to do. IT’s a literal league of legends lobby, but the lobby is in dalaran. Summoned to raid once a week, teleport to arena. There’s zero incentive to go out in the open world, we need something to do. Merge us.
Edit: I don’t even care if they merge us, just open up GROBB or WHITEMANE to aussie players

Merging them again would make sense, IMO.
Also, megaservers suck.

How do you expect them to resolve this? The solution that would have nipped this forever was merging, but Oceania burnt the forums down over that. What should they try now?

ah yeah, instant queues for everything, dungeon running at all times, 24/7 GDKPs, endless items available, thriving economy, etc - sure sounds bad
