There is no fun in pvp if you play casually. You log in and just get stomped by premades.
Premades are for sale these days. It’s stupid. 1k gold for one slot for a week. Professionally managed by multiboxer typically. Blizzard you allowed this creating paid premade hell. Please simply make premades fight premades. That’ll make it work with your changes. Otherwise there is nothing to do in classic other than raid log.

Multi boxing pvp premades are hardly what I would call working together. Just people buying rank.
Nothing stops you from working together. Just play vs others “working together”.

OP, that does suck. On oceanic battlegroup its become a lot better. Lot of pug vs pug these days imo Seems like all the hardcore ppl have gotten there r13/14 and also AQ40 gear is out i guess.
Most servers rankers are going to charge you For a top bracket slot if you Aren’t at the rank where it is needed because they have to do the work of expanding the pool so the people at r12/13 can rank out and make room for the next. No reason to get a top spot until then. And generally at those ranks some form of pool party participation is required.
The best bit about pvp on classic is that the caps are now so low, you can’t even play organic pvp premade vs premade without the bracket mafia threatening your children, i played for 9 hours on saturday with my friends on wsg weekend and woke up to a barrage of rankers spam messaging me because i broke their 250k cap and messaging half my guild trying to get them to take some action against me, threatening to blacklist the guild etc.
All types of pvp is just ruined by this system and the people who run it

Nobody is multiboxing premade groups, they would be worse than a pug.
However what COULD be possible is that a multiboxer is using all their accounts to open up an additional slot in bracket one to allow more people to get rank 14, in that case you would still need to play in the premade of ACTUAL players, not multiboxers, to get to honor cap

I fail to see how premades fighting premades is discouraging anyone from forming a group. No one is asking for premades to be disallowed. (unlike horde crying about AV premades).
You people that throw around this “premades should face only other premades” garbage while at the same time claiming it wouldn’t effect group pvp are so short sighted and are the perfect example of where “you think you do, but you don’t” was correct
Its been explained MULTIPLE times how forcing premades to only play against premades would pretty much ENSURE that premades would no longer be a viable way to rank, thus killing group pvp almost entirely
Ranking is all about honor per hour, not winrates, if you force a premade only queue their queue times would be extremely long, and on average their games would also be much longer in duration than pug matches, thus the honor per hour would be terrible
And its also funny how you bring up the AV premades, when premades in AV were NEVER allowed in the first place, period, any “premades” that happened in AV were through exploiting the queue system, horde could not manipulate the queue system in the same way, which means they couldn’t create these “illegal” premades while alliance could, so logically blizzard put in a fix to stop alliance from being able to premade in this way because they were never intended to be able to premade in AV in the first place, so its kind of ironic you subscribe to the “premades should only face premades in classic” argument while at the same time complain about alliance not being able to be the only faction capable of making premades in AV anymore
On some servers they charge real money for bracket slots. And ppl pay. Lul. That said, its pretty apparent that some of the rankers def. buy money. Unless you have no job and nothing other to do than WoW there is no way some of these rankers are able to pvp all day to grind to r14 while also popping up to 15 faps a game. Outside of flashbombs and whatever else that is a rather expensive consume.

If you dont like how the vanilla pvp system works, dont play it, simple as that
Vanilla is from a different era of mmos, grouping is a requirement, and solo friendly play was not the focus
The people that actually organize optimized groups for battlegrounds DO deserve any benifit that gives them compared to people who refuse to play with others and expect to have a free ride to the top. Its no different than complaining about hardcore guilds clearing content faster and more often and getting geared way faster than people that only pug
If you dont want to group up in an mmo then you can expect to have a harder time, its that simple
They should fast forward to Honor and Conquest points and Honor Gear vendors, that way instead of fighting for Grandmarshal to obtain a great set against bots and premades we can just but the blue pvp gear from the vendors and go about our day.
They couldn’t rank in RBGs, so the neckbeards need to control the secondary wave of classic to boost their R14s while afk in cities lmao.

This is not Vanilla this is classic please get that straight. If this were vanilla queues would be server only and each server would be free to form their own meta. Instead were stuck with this premade cross battleground crap.
To start with the OP clearly has no idea what he’s talking about and what he is talking about is bloating a spot for a bracket 14. You still need to put in the work to get the honor. There are a few people who multibox in BGs but nobody is multibox ranking like that. Multiboxers tend to do very poorly in BGs because they are taking up the spots with as many characters they have as 1 person against however many thinking people playing their characters individually.
My server recently had a B14 850k cap for alliance and a B14 900k cap for horde due to people who want to sit and solo queue all day and "prove something’ for some unknown reason.
250k is way too low and it never should have been set there.
