i did my 4 hours and it said i got the pet, but it is nowhere to be found in game like the last ones :O(
I do already have one, but that hasnt been an issue in the past.
You can have up to 3 with this one, so it should not matter.
Did you recently change your bnet password? You might have to relink bnet to twitch if this is the case.
Otherwise just check the gift box.

yah no dice in the gift section, it finally showed up in game :O) I was just impatient i guess, the last couple times it was instantaneous.
