Should have been account limited, not character limited.

Well it would have required the slightest amount of effort to make it 1 vote per person
So naturally blizz wouldnt do that

the arms s1 bonus was quite good but im perplexed that the s2 fury set won over s3
For those that missed the controversy:
Fair concern. 10 people voting on 20 characters in itself could already turn the tides.
I think the tune fixed the sets recently so no matter what was picked you ended up ok.
Was Fury tuned higher in S2 than S3? In most cases with close votes the set associated with the season you were more OP won out, even if the reason for being OP wasn’t due to the set.
