Dal should be their hearthstone by 74 and when they hit that level the intro quest offers them a free port there.
No reason they shouldn’t be able to get to Dal.

Hearth has 30 min cooldown. Not everyone is a shaman with second hs
But at worst case you should have the flight paths

It would be convenient to at least have a stone for people who had to leave Northrend and their hearthstone is on cooldown…
On the other hand, it’d just exacerbate the issue of people being lazy and just sitting afk until they get a summon

Personally i never queue for Violet or Strat if i’m not in dalaran
It takes several minutes just to get from Borean Tundra or Howling Fjord to Dalaran, and that’s not even accounting for the time it takes to arrive to those places from wherever else you are in the world
In today’s “gogogo gotta optimize everything!” world, it’s far easier for the rest of the group to just kick that person and find someone else. I’m with jojo on this, I just don’t queue for VH or Strat unless I’m already there

I would find it annoying though if someone kept going “sums sums sums” though.
I mean what’s worse is when you are doing CoS and they are sitting in Dalaran waiting for a summon…
