So mods, can you actually moderate
Would be nice if Transphobia and the like was actually dealt with, but limiting reports makes that hard. Especially when 90% of the posts in that thread go against the rules.

The mods don’t take feedback from the Customer Support forum. Posting here won’t speed up moderation.
The SFAs who take care of Customer Support do not generally moderate any other forum.

Unless you post here, as indicated by many recent threads. Not like they give players any choice by limiting reports, and only reported posts get actioned, you see the issue.
There’s a whole slew of posts in there both misgendering and as people frequently do, calling people by other names unrelated to them as callouts.
The system isnt perfect but its what we have to work with its true the mods try not to xmoderate if they absolutely have too they did say it was dealt with but thats all there allowed to say.

This, and the fact that 5 or so people need to report a post before it gets actioned, is the reason for toxicity here.
Yes, like they somehow imagine only 5-10 posts on the forums a day ‘break the forum rules’. They know a lot more than that do, and selective enforcement is their go-to.

It only takes one report, actually. More reports might get it looked at more quickly, but a single report will still get it looked at.

Sorry, there isn’t anyone in right now, but a moderator will review any reports that have been made when they are in.
Calling others out, regardless of how noble your motivation is not allowed.
