So I’m trying to craft a rank 1 Legendary item for my resto shaman (Spiritwalker’s Tidal Totem ilvl 190 ). I have all the required prerequisites, however, when I place them into the Runecarver UI, I am being forced to craft a rank 2 and being charged 2000 soul ash. Why is this happening?
Make sure the base item is not a level 2 item.
The base item im using is rank 1, I double and triple checked it.
I am having the same problem
