Love the radio silence from Blizz. This effectively bricks my progression and significantly lessens the chance of doing higher tier content especially in this early portion of the season.

Same situation here. I received 2 for the very first one i completed last week, then nothing for the rest of the week. After the reset they seem to be dropping normally, but it was a fair number I’ve lost out on.

With all the issues Blizzard is currently having with this expansion. Lost guild bank items, money, warband, weeklies not resetting, not getting Runed Crests. I think at this point if you haven’t gotten them, you aren’t. All my alts got crests but they had only done a few. My main with I pushed on, of course, was the one that didn’t get any Runes.

I don’t expect to get them now. Customer Service has been a joke. I got some generic response to just relog. he he

Before long, half of this thread is just going to be the same person saying over and over and over, that they didn’t get crests. Because the same person repeatedly saying it will make it get fixed faster I’m sure.

What good does it do, with you repeatedly saying you didn’t get yours? The more unique players that have the issue is way more important than 1 single person not getting theirs. Yes, we can all see that you haven’t gotten yours by the dozen of posts you made. The more other people chime in that they too have not received theirs is more useful than your repeated posts. Look how long it took blizzard to address the guild banks that lost millions of gold worth of items. But alas, it’s more important that Beefums, and (fill in the blank time stamp) still hasn’t gotten their rune crests from that week of Delves.

I can’t remember a time when there were problems this big without real solutions in a swift manner. And I can’t remember when players weren’t made whole for losses like this. It’s a slippery slope for a company which relies SOLELY on customers for revenue. It’s shaking people’s confidence. It feels like a good time for the leader of WoW to acknowledge issues and promise better, at the very least.

Keeping this thread up allows others to see it.

The issue with the Crests is many people didn’t even know they were bugged, and many others don’t know that other people had the missing Crests retroactively granted.

If you didn’t receive anything, there isn’t a super high chance that you’ll know others did.

Some people don’t understand that the lack of communication is the issue.

I ran a dozen or so t8 keys on one character the first week and wasn’t awarded any crests after they fixed them either. Probably “lost the data”.

Sad that the first thing I do now before logging on after maintenance is check the bug forums to see what they messed up this time and how to avoid it. Did weekly progression actually reset this time? Are people randomly losing items? Does the game crash if you’re wearing a certain tmog? Are cutscenes not playing? Can I even progress on main quests? Will doing any basic action of playing the game bug it out and cause me to lose everything I’ve worked for? Because Blizzard won’t restore anything to how it was supposed to be before being affected by a bug.
