Rumble Foil cannot be put into the Rumble Game Machine…
Rumble Prize Box from the other coin cannot be opened.

These require you to have turned in the first quest to Mizzen. Check your mailbox. The next Foil you loot will start a quest.
As for the boxes, I closed the game completely and logged back in; they work now. You have to right-click the item in your bag and place it somewhere on the ground. The toy will be placed in your bag after.

Picked up coin from bag first not knowing there was a quest associated with it. Put it into the machine and got the Prize Box. Couldn’t open the Prize Box. Found the letter and accepted quest from Mailbox and then was instructed to find the coin from Mizzen… but had already used it on the machine. Deleted prize box and abandoned quest and accepted quest again in the hopes the coin purse would respawn. Nope. So now I am left without a Prize Box. GG.

Go to the floating island above the time rift in Thaldraszus and loot another. Don’t immediately give up.

I honestly didn’t know there were more locations. Just thought there was just the one in the Inn. Thank you for the heads-up.

Worked just fine for me. Found two items - one on the first floor, another on the second. Finished two quests with the machine, and received [Warcraft Rumble Toy: Murloc] at the end. I guess, I can find more coins for the machine now.

I now have 2 rumble box’s and 2 foils , neither of them i can do anything with, cant open or anything

Re-logging allowed my guildmates to get the letter in the mail to start the quest.

Yeah relogging completely - not just exit and enter did the trick

It works fine.
Problem is people think you need to right click and open box, you click box, place toy on ground then interact with it

Closing the game completely and opening it again fixed it. Like I said, broken. Nothing they implement ever works anymore, it’s astonishing honestly.

I also have the Rumble Foil but can’t do anything with it.
This is the most useful post so far, thanks. I’ve tried on several alts now, and it looks like each coin might only be possible to loot once per account. I got the coin from the time rift island, so I’ve got two minis and two upgrades finished, but don’t know where to look for a third coin. I assume eventually it will get posted in Wowhead.
One coin each in the 10.0 Dragon Isles zones plus Valdrakken, then 6 and 7 are in Stormwind and Orgrimmar respectively.
1 separate foil in Valdrakken (besides the inn’s), 1 separate foil near the 5 tuskarr fishing spots in the 10.0 Isles zones, plus 2 each in Stormwind and Org.
edit: The npc’s dialogs also offer all this info.
I also had to completely exit and restart the game to get the ability to open/place the prize box on the ground.
I believe I’ve found a bug - I was able to use a foil on a miniature that I’d already used two foils on, it consumed the foil but did not give me a new look for the miniature, or an achievement.
It seems the number of Foils is limited, so I may have locked myself out of a customization. Hopefully this gets resolved and the consumed Foil can be refunded.

Similar issue used a foil on Sneed got the first achievement then used a second foil and it just ate it no achievement and no gold transformation either
