Same happened to me! I have collected all the foils and coins. I have all the toys. The quests kept reappearing after the first couple turn ins. I upgraded everything and didn’t get credit for 3 of the gold achievements, thus I can’t obtain the one for upgrading them all to gold since I am unable to get anymore foils.

Same issue happened to me, and I also lost a toy due to my bags being full. The fact that all of the items are account wide is making things rather complicated.

that would seemingly be the easy fix. make the items available for all characters - then you get loot whatever remaining you need for ones that bugged out.

Claiming a New Look for this bugged third time seems to reset the toy back to having no extra appearances as well, as far as I can tell.

Yeah I accidentally used a foil to get a look for a mini I already had done twice.
So I am down a foil to complete the achievements.

the same thing happened to me as well, got 13 foils collected, got to the last coin to upgrade and was 1 short for the achieve, when i was in SW i could use the machine and it had a repeat quest, didnt realize it at the time, now im one short =(
I looked at the Blizzard CS twitter, they have replied to a couple people, saying it was a known issue and they were working on a fix for it.

also there is a VERY simple fix for this whole thing, include 3-4 foils WITHOUT coins in the mail as part of the promo, then you end up with extra foils, but there is no way to NOT get the achievement if you put in the work
I also had the same problem. Upgraded one figure three times by mistake, now I’m missing a foil
I got all the foil coins and need 5 more upgrades but no longer have the option to upgrade any of them

Same here. causing me to be 2 short. Yes I found all of the foils but do to quest not working correctly I’m sure.
Just once I’d like something that is supposed to be fun not be bugged
I am missing max out Sneed and Madivn max out look and I request more Foils please blizzard have this fix.
Adding another person who got caught by the quests burning 2 foils. So now I’m short 2 in order to complete the upgrade all minis to silver and gold achievements
I accidentally upgraded one of my minis three times
No way to finish the achievement due to that one extra foil being consumed

In the same boat, collected all the foils, burnt 2 and now cannot complete the achievements.
Same here, used all of the foils and coins but ended up 2 short.
I have the opposite issue.
It won’t give me any more upgrade quests, but I have a leftover foil and a mini left to upgrade.
I’m one foil short of a gold murloc, although I found and used all coins and all foils.
I actually have the foil in my inventory but no quest to use it, not even when I put the murloc figure out (use its toy).
The NPC is offering me a quest to find a coin, but there aren’t any more to be found. Maybe that’s the confusion?
