I already had the “New Look” for the Maiev figure, and came back with a Foil to get the “Newer Look”, but the “New Look” quest had reappeared, forcing me to waste a Foil on the “New Look” quest to get the “Newer Look” quest to reappear.

They all just re-appeared for me as well. Luckily I’ve been doing New and Newer upgrades 2 at a time to this point.
Checked just in case, but it looks like the Foils are one-time-per-account. So unless I can get a GM to send me one, I won’t be able to unlock all the appearances.

Yep. They all reappeared for me. I select the one I was missing, Sneed. Foil got consumed, no upgrade and no achievement.

Aaaand now they’re gone again, but I’m still out a Foil. Edit: Aaand back again.
yeah crap i think because they reappeared, i wasted 2 foils on upgrades i’d already done. now i’m 2 foils short and no more to obtain

I’ve submitted a ticket requesting a Rumble Foil; we’ll see how this goes.
Edit: And the main “Find a Rumble Coin” quest has now reset, too! :S

Ergh. I repeated upgrades thinking maybe they were per-character and I’d done at least two on a different character. I’ve lost a few Foils now

The Help Ticket response said that they will not reimburse foils and to submit a bug ticket in the event that it was actually a bug

I also had this issue, and I am now two foils short, and can’t finish upgrading my last mini.

Dont bother opening a ticket in hope that they will help with a fix. I was told open a bug report and they will attempt to test the issue etc. So if you spent foil and it was burnt, you are screwed.

what are the steps for opening a help ticket? its really convoluted in how to open a ticket that might actually receive a reply

Same problems here. I haven’t realized that there was a duplicated quest like people are mention here, but in the end I was checking my achievements and there’s one missing.
I checked all locations, and I got everything. The steps I followed was:
1-) Get the first quest and the first coin/foil on Taldrazus Tavern. Spent it and got the nightwarior and it’s first upgrade.
2-) Got all other coins and foils. Had a total of 6 coins and 13 foils on the bags.
3-) Returned to Taldrazus and talked to Meizze and started handling the stuff. Eventually, quests where only avaliable on the machine itself, so handled there.
4-) I’ve learned all but the last toy, but at this point I’ve already used 2 foils on Meizze quests. Then I learned last toy and start to upgrade the others.
5-) In the end, I have the achievement for Maive’s Newer Look missing and the corresponding meta.
Someone posted this script to verify the foils, for me, all return true:

I have had the same thing happen to me also. Got all the foils, ran the command to check to double check I got them all, and it came back true, leaving me to be 2 foils short.
Script reports all true for me as well but I’m 2 short

I’m having the same issue. The script reports I’ve collected all of the foils, but I’m two short. Maybe a hotfix and restart tomorrow will fix things.
