I collected all the spawns for the Rumble pieces and upgrades, but I am short 1 upgrade to get the last 2 achievements. I sent in a ticket a month ago, but I have not heard back. I have even gone back to each zone and each spawn to make sure I didn’t miss it, but I have them all. Can I please just have the last upgrade mat so I can have the 2 achievements finished?

As to your request, I’m afraid that isn’t something we can do.

You might want to try running the scripts about halfway down this page:
Just paste the text into your chat window and hit enter. It will do a readout of any that the game thinks you’ve missed!
