When Blizzard calculates the Average Wait Time for DPS for RSS, I think they should increase their current calculation by 50% to get a more accurate result.
I know they have the right numbers but to keep people playing they make it seem like a shorter wait. That’s my conspiracy
Queue timers are based on the total population. Without healers the queue timer should show 15-20+ Min.
Average que time shows average que time for a dps to get into a game, but then there is that “avoid spec stacking” factor that tends to extend the ques beyond that, in some cases far beyond.
I think the same, they know how much time you gotta wait but they hide it from the player so they won’t get discouraged by the queue boss.
I think it’s more that they can only do so much with the info they have. At any time you could get jumped to the front of the queue if a few people drop queue for instance.
As ele they had highest time on paper but they popped right away back to back.
I need 3 conquest points before maintenance.

It’s probably the combined average of FOTM DPS specs (longest queues), off-meta DPS (alright queues, usually around 15 minutes as Outlaw just from my experience), and healers (basically instant).
