Bliz removed the talent “Ancient Concordance” and put its benefits into other talents/abilities but forgot to include the additional chance to reset RSK. This gives us around 25% less RSK’s.
P.S. “Dance of Chi-ji” pros chance was supposed to be increased by 100% on PTR but it’s the same as live.
I’m just guessing but I think we got one more point in the final talent row on PTR which we can put into pool of mists and get roughly the same amount of RSK-s as before?

Renewing Mist is a dead button so that’s no value either.
If anything, that node is made specifically for Casters.
The 10% we lose, if it is intentional, won’t do much regardless.
Dance of Chi’Ji i only run in M+ because there aren’t enough points until 11.0.5 to take it to Raid.
You’re fried. The extra mist means you can ramp for incoming burst windows. I’m pretty sure enveloping also drops a second off CD too for rsk

From my understanding, and some research done on the monk discord the reset chance has been moved to baseline MW, so we should have the same reset chance as before.

It’s not a disagree or agree, you are playing mw as you want, that’s fine. But literally all actual fistweaving builds use pools of mist. It’s not a matter of not knowing your class, it’s like the people who only cast and ignore rsk/bok/tp. You are doing the same thing and saying X talent is crap.
This is the wowhead recommendation build. This is fistweaving you may not agree but this build does do the most hps on every fight except for ovinax. You acting like you just know is my issue, put a disclaimer when you say “this talent is crap but only because I don’t like casting or using any buttons that don’t do damage”
