Ask any eternal gladiator what the best healer was. Go find someone with eternal gladiator title and send them an in game mail rsham with their healing stream chain heal proc 4 set was the best healer that season and it wasn’t close It was also good in season 2 shadowlands. I played rsham to 3300 mmr that season as wps it felt pretty strong with multiple rshams getting r1 that season with multiple different comps
