Well…tbh, I enjoy the people that congregate to the RP-PvP realms. I don’t RP myself, but I find the community fostered by these people to offer the best and most immersive experience.

That streamer is into RP. But in other games I think. Sonydigital is another streamer that kinda role plays when doing wpvp.

Another shameless bump, no one is going to want to reroll weeks after launch if you decide to give us an rppvp down the road blizzard. We need one at launch!

Just one RPPVP server would be fine. Faction loyalty is big in classic.

Understandable, I remember being a Horde Loyalist in Vanilla and didn’t seriously try alliance until they listed the restrictions which I think was wrath iirc.

I guess I’ll have to roll Horde RP-PVP and Alliance CB-RP.

Throwing my voice into the mix I suppose.

All I really want for Classic WoW is just one RP-PvP server. I’m a wrath baby through and through, and I’ve never experienced Classic before. I know that I’ll probably be rerolling Rogue because Ret won’t be anything like I’m used to.

I’m excited to relearn the game from the ground up and experience Rogue PvP the hard way, with its ups and downs. I’m excited to try to excel at the game and also excited to WPvP.

But it won’t be what it could be without an RP-PvP experience, and even if we make a concerted effort to try and designate a PvP server as the ‘RP-PvP’ server for Classic WoW, I don’t see that going very well.

We need an RP-PvP server at launch, so that our community can be allowed to grow organically, building from day one just like every other classic server community is going to get to.

I doubt anyone with authority at Blizzard will ever read my post, but I just had to say something.

Fingers crossed that this thread at the very least has their attention and the idea is being discussed among those who have the ability to give us this one thing we’re asking for, this one thing we’ve shown pretty irrefutably at this point has a HUGE audience just waiting for it.

I don’t see the PvP in this game being at all fun without the Roleplay and the Community that comes with it. Just my two cents.

1 server is all they need to have for us. If we can get everyone with interest to comment and always keep the thread up top, activision will see there is legitimate interest and hopefully will have 1 for us.

Unless they just plan on have like 5 mega-servers with layering and 30k pop, there is no reason for them not to be able to have 1 server at start. Adding the server after launch is terrible for the community, and im not sure how that would help them gauge interest in a server that doesnt exist.
