I can’t thank you enough for staying so true to the original idea of the project. You guys are amazing at listening to us, your community, and I know we’ll see the option to play on RP-PvP servers when we make our characters!

I wouldn’t play on a RP or RP-PVP server, but I don’t see any reason to not have an RP-PVP server.
If they had a PVP-PD (pvp perma-death) server I’d play on that though. Would be amazing. But then people would want a RP-PVP-PD server. Where does it stop?

any perma death experience would be pretty crazy =P I doubt you would ever see anyone get high enough to raid, but if you did, I bet you would find someone ready to “lee-roy!” and end everyone’s lives 
In RP you can always play out the death of your character in game. So in a way, permadeath can be a thing in RP-PVP if you choose it to be!
Yeah. Just walk around in ghost form all day. Just stay away from this kid…

When you guys get back from you corporate conference, how about an update or better yet, confirmation of a RPPvP server at release later next month? Let’s redeem ourselves!

I’m starting to get antsy! We’re only a couple weeks away from character creation. I know what I’m rolling, but I don’t know where I’m rolling it, and that’s an unsettling feeling. Ease our anxiety, Blizzard! Too many views/posts in this thread to call RP-PvP “niche”. And if it is, well it’s an incredible dedicated niche. Don’t let us down.

I’ve had that character concept I described a long ago for a month. I even made a little sketch of her… I was so hyped to play Classic with my boyfriend that we were planning on making a little short webcomic with our characters, but the lack of attention to RP-PvP killed all my hype.
Though as long as they don’t kill my paladin by ignoring all of us and not giving us a freaking realm on launch, it will be alright for me.

For the amount of posts and likes on this thread, we’re already making history, whatever is the final decision going to be.
Hopefully Blizzard’s reputation won’t get stained by this event and that they’ll have the opposite, especially after listening to the EU post for more realms per region… Imagine that… it would be super cool.
I have kind of given up hope on EU RP-PVP realms but keep on the good job guys !
