Same just ran into this, just bought this expansion just for it to be glitched?? Na blizzard yall gotta fix this asap!!!

Yep, Dragon isles summary bubble no longer appears around the minimap and Rostrum of Transformation says it requires level 70.

Ladies and Gentlemen, the game is now certifiably busted :handshake:

Yeah its busted for me as well. Same message must be level 70. GG @blizzard for bricking the storyline for new and returning players. Either remove that quest and set it as a level 70 or revert whatever broke it unless it was a intentional change.

This all being said and with as many people being affected there needs to be compensation for this. My Suggestion is a bonus EXP event to make up for it. Since if you are DPS and not Tank or Healer your que times varry 2 min - 30+ min long. This is not ok by any means.

Iā€™m experiencing the same. I also couldnā€™t use the portal from Org to Valdrakken because it said I wasnā€™t 70 yet.

I too am having this exact problem. cant use the Rostram on a lvl 62 to progress my quest, and the bubble is gone from my mini map so i cant use/assign my dragon riding points.
disabled my addons and reset the IU did nothing to fix it. renaming the cache WTF and interface folders did nothing to fix it.
pretty annoyingā€¦

Bumping for this morning. Still not having the ability to use the Rostum to proceed and get dragonflying.

This is a little ridiculous.

for anyone having this issue submit a bug report then proceed over to your nearest barber and change your hair and the quest will work.

doesnt fix everything but until theres a bug fix at least people can continue the quests

take the zepplin from outside org the one you use to go to the dragon isles in the first place. its always there

Alas, this didnā€™t help my character. Level 64, still canā€™t get a DF mount using the random button and still canā€™t use the rostrum.

But hey, Iā€™m rocking a new look (which doesnā€™t show under the helmet) so thatā€™s nice

No, thatā€™s a difference. I did the quest a while ago.

But the other symptoms are the same. So the barber shop fix only applies to quest progression, not the greater problem.

Talk to the dragonriding talent trainer then, she is under the canopy in the middle of the Observatory. She can let you change stuff without having the button to click.

You can use this to assign the dragonriding talents. Macro it if you want it as a button. Itā€™s also usable at any level I think (Iā€™ve used it on a level 20)
