The onesie on it’s own was just 20.- I didn’t notice it was separate as well. But now you got the pet, backpack and toy added at a discount.
I still stand by $25 CAD is too expensive for a transmog set, that’s more than a month’s sub fee.

$19.98 for me if I go for it, since the onesie is the only part I don’t have. Granted, I never use any of the Yeti onesie, but I am eyeing these gloves and boots for some options.
