Have a low level alt I have chosen to level in WoD and I am getting disconnected from the server every few steps I take. Is it the area or is anyone else getting DCed?
Reset your UI.
I did. And tried other toons in differing areas and it doesn’t DC me. Will have to make a ticket.
I had that happen once and it seemed to be due to phasing near my garrison. I hearthstoned and moved a few times as well as used the unstuck support feature and I could not solve it. But I’d try that first.
In my case I quit the WoD path entirely, but that isn’t a rational solution.

What area specifically or is it the entire zone?
That area specifically. By the Garrison in Shadowmoon Valley. I think Dreadgoat is right though, probably trying to phase me and it’s screwing up the system.
Mine was very near garrison in shadow moon, only there. I was able to hearth but when I returned same crash.
I never solved it, but I could avoid it.

how’s your latency? i just came here to check if anyone else is having a lot of latency. i’m in draenor and WoD TW with fluctuating latency, sometimes with world latency going up to 4+ secs.
