This need a roll back right away. I am surprised it hasn’t been announced or done already. The amount of damage to the economy from this is unfixable with out rolling back all of the scammed gold and items. Just my opinion.
100%. roll back or good bye anniversary… this realm will soon feel as dead as d2r,d4,d3
Ya’ll complaining about chronoboons, my xp bar unlocked and im already 62. See ya guys in shatt
I agree. And we also need an update on what steps will be taken from the development team.
Agreed, its the only way to be sure.
It’s a clear exploit. Anyone who unloaded these for gold knew 100% they were supposed to sell for 10g on the anniversary server, so exploited the bug. There was no confusion or “accidental” selling of them. These were exploiters who knew the profit opportunity of the bug and thus knowingly exploited the bug for mass amounts of gold.
Easy ban.
If they haven’t rolled back by now, doubtful they will. Every second that goes by makes it harder for them to do.
They arent going to be able to suspend anyone for this.
This is all blizzards fault not the player base.
Cant allow something to be put into the game that isnt bind on pickup and resold.
Cheaper boons isn’t ruining the economy
100% agree, but just to temper expectations every minute that passes without a rollback makes it less likely.
They should’ve rolled back a couple hours ago, but they didn’t.
All of the SoD items definitely will be removed from Anniversary, but I’m pessimistic about them doing anything to solve the issue of scammers making tons of gold off this exploit.
If you paid lots of gold for a stockpile of boons from someone who used this exploit, and they all get taken away, and you lose all that gold and the boons and the exploiter keeps all that gold, that’s an issue.
They absolutely can.
Because everyone who participated knows these don’t sell off of that vendor and for the amount in which they were listed.
Exploiters who took SoD gold and items that were dropping off mobs in AV need to be banned and servers need to be rolled back.
It’s the exploit that needs to be punished. People who did it knew they were exploiting a bug.
They absolutely can suspend for this and have done so in the past
Thats irrelevant to my post
Lmfao thats not how blizzard has ever handled a situation like this.
It’s called a bug exploit. And those who exploited it knew it was a bug exploit. Otherwise they wouldn’t have known to load up on the bugged boons so they could sell at a huge profit. There is no better illustration of what bug exploiting looks like than right here.
Lets check back into the forums in 24 hours and see if any bans have been issues for blizzards mistakes. Ill wait…
did your AH bot buy a bunch?
