Role cannot transfer sub accounts

Due to an incorrect selection during transfer, WOW2 (valid) was transferred to WOW1 (invalid), but it is currently unable to transfer from WOW1 to WOW2

I’m not sure what you mean, hopefully you opened a ticket. Purchase failure likely will work fine.

I think you may be running into a timer, Alloro. If that’s the case, you could move back in a day or so.

Now, if this was a mistake - you may want to alter your ticket to ask that a refund be considered. Not sure if this will qualify, but it can’t hurt to ask.

I have 2 accounts and can’t transfer from one to the other.
I had an account I created years ago and finally made it active. Before that, I created a trial account and the purchased Dragon Flight expac. When I try to transfer from one account to the other, I can’t…namely moving a warlock to my old account.

Are you getting an error of some kind? What happens when you attempt to transfer the character and at what point in the process?

Just to ask the obvious - do both accounts have Dragonflight purchased? Because if you’re trying to transfer a max level character from an account with Dragonflight purchased, to an older account that is only current to a previous expansion? It will not let you.

If that’s not the case, I’ll just sit over here and stay quiet and let Vrak do his job.

Yes I purchased DF on both accounts. When I initiate the transfer for the warlock, it asks for the realm and account. After I enter the information, the “next” button doesn’t change status.

Do you have any unlearned/caged battle pets on the warlock? Heirlooms? Items on the AH? Mail? Those are all known blocking issues.

It was one of the first things I checked.

Are you attempting to transfer to a different realm, Pizkwhip? If not, when selecting your options such as the Battle.net account and WoW license you are transferring to, are you also typing in the Realm name?

If the destination realm is the same as the realm it is currently on you don’t need to type it in. I believe if you do you end up with the Next button grayed out as you described.

If you don’t also wish to moved to a different realm then your character is currently on, leave the Destination Realm box blank.
