No one will have trinkets until ranking (hint, not in P1).

Living action potions will be in the game during phase 1.
Cheap shot → kidney shot → gouge → blind → get out of combat → start over.
Dead at some point.

Incorrect. You are thinking of free action potions. Living action potions break existing stuns and slows, it’s a trinket in the form of a potion.

Succubus seduce completely turns the table on a rogue. So I think you mean to say no one except warlocks with a succubus out. I guess technically they don’t get out of the stun, but they effectively neutralize it.
No those are not available until ZG if they’re following a similar 2019 phase schedule.
soul link + voidwalker also does the trick. I hate this spec though it’s so boring, but it’s the way to go until getting some gear.

Unless that rogue is undead, then good luck.

No cloak of shadows so dots and /pet attack prevent restealth for more than a second.
