In dungeons, how many combo points should I build up before using Expose Armor? Should I always try to get it to 5 combo points?
What abilities would you say are priority for Rogue in PvE? I’m assuming Expose Armor, Slice and Dice, and maybe Rupture in that order? Thanks for any help you can give.
Slice first. Then expose. Then evis
Thanks. Any hard and fast rules about the amount of combo points to build up for each though?
If an enemy isn’t worth 5-point exposing, it’s probably not worth exposing at all.

Word of advice, don’t EA when in a group with a prot warrior. you’re not gonna have a good time.

Slice after any combo points are built. Then full slice and maintain. Then can expose depending boss. Then evis. Can rupture if you vanish garrote and use ap trinket
Is expose armor even worth using in dungeons, or is it just for raid bosses?
That was gonna be my next question. Seems like not enough time for trash mobs.

Don’t bother in any content that isn’t 10/25 man.
Maybe on bosses in heroics if you have a non-Warrior tank.

IN dungeons? Don’t bother with expose, just SnD, Rupture and evisc.
EDIT: SImple rogue flow chart for dungeons.
Is SnD up? No? put it up, Yes? Move to step 2.
Will the mobs last the full duration of rupture? No? Evisc, Yes? Rupture.
Is Rupture up? Yes? Evisc? move back to step 1.
That’s the quick and dirty version and there is some nuance involved with SnD maintenence but that should give the general gist of it.

expose armor has become very useful in dungeons these days with all the non-warrior tanks. warrior tanks are becoming a rarity for me honestly.
EA is pretty much only worth doing on bosses.
It’s almost worthless on non-big mob trash and any fight that lasts under 30 seconds unless you ahvea crazily stacked physical damage group.
