Is it worth it to equip Blinkstrike for my main hand sword? I could also sell it for 3.5k and I can’t afford my epic flying mount yet. Not sure if it’s a better idea to sell or equip this thing? How long will this sword be BiS for?
The next best main hand option would be grinding out exalted aldor rep.
equip it dude. getting gold is easy, a rare BoE epic not so much. it’s def BiS, only bested by spiteblade in kara, and even then not by much
Karazhan is easy and has a similar upgrade weapon. Though out of the 4 runs my guild does each week we havent seen a single spiteblade yet.

Dragonmaw, 
Gladiator’s Slicer, and 
Blinkstrike are all exceptional choices for your mainhand weapon as a rogue. Blinkstrike, Dragonmaw and Gladiator’s Slicer are on par and not meaningfully different from each other. All three of these weapons are in contention for Phase 1 Best In Slot weapon as well - you won’t replace these until Phase 2!
yeah it’s easy to say wait for spiteblade, then you find yourself waiting 2+ months, then it finally drops and a hunter wins the roll -.-
I dont know who in their right mind would let a hunter roll on that, but its not a group I want to be in. Whats next theyre allowed to roll on the terestrian staff? There are items much better than spiteblade that they can get far quicker and easier.
Last Kara I did we had to let the Hunters roll on Spiteblade, we had no Rogues and no Warriors in the run.
Perhaps I should put the caveat of who in their right mind would let a hunter roll on it over a rogue or warrior.
Won’t matter because that Hunter gets massive hate-tells regularly sitting around Shatt, so they decided to lean into the assumption and put +Spirit on it for good measure.
It matters to the original point. Them getting hate tells for fashion scape rolls isn’t important.
Sell it for the epic mount. You are a filler dps, not worth expend 4-6k for 50ish dps over Vindicator.
