Ive been told to write here by the GM i spoke with.
The new accountwide Rival 1 to unlock elite sets for your other classes you may not have pvp’d on is bugged. I’m fully aware that normally it’s locked per toon but my understanding was as of Dragonflight is now account wide (or supposed to be). The GM confirmed this and that it is indeed bugged and to submit on the forums.
Assistance would be greatly appreciated as well as further confirmation. I’d like to start PvPing on any toon i’d like if that’s the case for War Within as well
Why would they make it available at a vendor for purchase if the pieces automatically attach to your sets as you earn rating? According to the GM it’s supposed to unlock account wide but it’s bugged
With the new patch the understanding was they made this change so you could pvp on whatever class you wanted to achieve your goals, the same way mythic + rewards are account wide and not locked to class.
They never said getting rival once on a single character would unlock elite sets for all classes idk where you got that?
Sets becane available at the vendor for those who for some reason didnt get them when they achieved rival. Same with weapons arsenals, because you coudnt equip them all

You’ve been posting about this for over a week (on Stabbingpunk before this toon) & multiple people have told you it wasn’t a bug yet you lie saying a GM told you otherwise.
Either trolling or otherwise, knock it off you got your answer already gunna start reporting for trolling pretty soon.

Idk why you have a problem with this but if multiple people have now confirmed that it’s a bug, then don’t try and troll.
You’ve just confirmed another person was told by a GM it’s not working as intended and have encouraged reporting this bug. Stop trying to gatekeep your mogs.

I could ask a GM why I can’t buy a wod tabard from the vendor despite being 2600 CR and they’ll tell me it should be on the vendor wowhead said it’s available on and to submit a bug report.
I’m not joking when I say that they just google stuff.
Soo they kinda did, but it was for the 2400 elite weapons since they are not class restricted. I was able to log on my mage and buy all the weapons from s1-4 to use on my alts like war and dk etc… but it’s not for class specific sets.
First of all it would make no sense to get the elite set on a class you havent touched. Its supposed to show mastery with the spec. I cant rock the rogue elite set if Ive never played rogue at max level.
Weapon arsenals were added because it made no sense I coulndt get all weapon appereances because my class cant equip them all. In this case playing a warrior and reaching elite has an unfair advantage (as they can equip almost all weapons) compared to my ret.
Yes, current system is working as intended and GMs being wrong is nothing new.
