and then he’d do something stupider the next day and we’d forget about it.
Well if you watch Fox they’ll just suck off the Republican party.
If you watch CNN they’ll just suck off the Democrat Party.
If you watch MSNBC your brain will just rot into paste.
Basically you shouldn’t consume any mainstream media.
Ridiculous, you should pay attention to journalists who report actual facts.
There is no “the media”. There are individual channels of the press, which you can cross-check to see if there are errors.
Stop expecting others to do your thinking for you.
i completely forgot until now that trump almost got us into war with iran and is now trying to say he is anti-war lol
I agree.
I WILL TAKE THAT BAN!
Why are you telling me something I already know?
I do go to individual independent journalist for the information I seek.
I actively don’t turn on mainstream news because that is the opposite of what you just said.
There are plenty of “mainstream news” outlets that report consistent, accurate information.
Having a tinfoil hat over Reuters, or AP, or the BBC, is just silly.
I disagree with her on many things, but I always respected that no matter what she went through she always showed up to do what she believed in. So even though we’re on opposite sides of the political spectrum, I can at least respect her.
Term Limits
Not if she was an inspiration.

and let the people vote on it
Actually one state, IIRC. Ohio.
I believe I read something last election cycle that it’s actually Ohio who has been consistently purple and ultimately been the deciding state.
(Un)fortunately, if that is the case, prepare for another 4 years of hell…it may be purple, but it has a very red core…
The problem with term limits is that it diminishes institutional experience, a lot of states have tried term limits and run into problems with them.
What we REALLY need is for the Reapportionment Act of 1929 to be repealed, and for the Senate to have representative membership. If officials were more local, like they were for the first 150 years, they would be more responsive to the public’s concerns.
I’m old enough to remember that it was pretty much accepted that Hillary was going to win. I didn’t like her, but I didn’t like Trump either. I lived in a solidly blue state at the time so I just wrote in a candidate that I did like. I was SHOCKED when Trump won, completely shocked. Please don’t pretend that all the polls didn’t say that she was going to win at the time.
So yes, I think many more people are voting for Trump than the polls account for, is it enough to put him over? I’m not sure. I honestly think this election is a toss-up at this point.
It is kinda of horrifying that Trump will get a 3rd nomination to the court even if he only has 1 term. And that the court most likely has tilted to the right for decades.
But, I remember being alive when John Roberts was appointed as Chief Justice. I was pretty frightened back then, because he was relatively young and conservative, so he would wield his gavel for a while. But he has earned the ire of conservatives for trying to keep the court from going too crazy, while handing down some Conservative rulings and Liberal rulings.
I mean, I disagree with Roberts on much, but the Justices are not tied to a Party or President. And he seems to get peeved when Trump attacks the Court. So he isn’t sooo bad. Gorsuch and Kavanaugh seem a little less Conservative than Scalia or Thomas or even Alito. Trump will most likely pick a Conservative Female to appease some folks.
I can link the 2016 polls if you’d like.
Oooooh you’re here.
This show just got even better.
Munches on popcorn
Indeed, and I have brought facts.
I know that sometimes isn’t popular on the internet, but I brought them anyway.
Just don’t go Rambo on people too much okay?
I like to watch pure internet chaos, but if I can’t see what is going on it gets boring ya know?
