‘Freedom’ to infect anyone and reliance on ‘personal responsibility’ has cost the U.S. more than 250k lives to covid already.
More than the Korean War.
More than the Vietnam War.
More than the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.
So what has been gained from the ‘freedom’ to infect?

This concerns me more than going out to eat - the people who work there. Hopefully, they’ll be able to get their to-go and take-out business revved up.

They owned the libs, Not. That’s worth everything.
A study was done which showed that the air flow pattern in a particular restaurant resulted in a pattern of 100% infection at tables downwind of the patron with active covid.

Yeah. It’s one thing to be outside. It’s another to be surrounded by walls and a ceiling where the air isn’t as free to flow wherever the wind takes it. There’s still a risk outside but the air is continuously moving/shifting so the risk isn’t quite as high as it is inside a building like a restaurant so long as people keep their distance. I’d argue that it wouldn’t have needed a study. It’s just common sense. lol
Nah. Not going to bother spoonfeeding you pro-plaguers who think science is the devil and worship demagogues.
Bars i careless about. But I’ll do what i can to support my local restaurants.
Probably this one. https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/eid/article/26/7/20-0764_article
Took like two seconds of googling.

Been to a bar every week since tier three dropped. PACKED.
I’ve gotten the bug so many times (zero).
Stay home in fear. More beer and chances at the slots for me ![ ](https://d38bqls1q93fod.cloudfront.net/en/wow/images/emoji/twitter/slight_smile.png?v=9)

He could have very well gotten it from there… I don’t listen to that channel.
Fortunately the virus is getting weaker. A 69 year old part timer here got it last week. He has COPD, just beat cancer, and had mild symptoms for 36 hours, as did his wife. (first case at this company, busiest year in 47 years)
Have any of you cage fighters even had COVID-19 yet? Or worked in a bedside care level medical field this year? How about both. Most of you are just parrots. Do your part to help or shut up about “prevention” or “Economic collapse”. You all sound like Alex Jones.
because someone told you so?
Strange thing…that all other things do not exist anymore but only that thing that you can die from.
No, it isn’t. Your coworker just got a mild case of it. People are still dying.

Indeed. What does that have to do with waiters and waitresses losing out on pay when restaurants close?
Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for whatever restrictions we need to do that will minimize the loss of life to Covid while not completely destroying businesses. I’m pro-mask, pro-social distancing. And I think the trump admin did an abysmal job managing the Covid response from the get-go. (The documentary Totally Under Control is worth the watch - it made me cry and made me angry.)
Let’s not diminish the fact that lots of people will be out of work and without pay during these lockdowns.

Parents got COVID. It’s been 3-1/2 weeks since their initial positive. They got a few sniffles and carried on. Both are onset diabetics and not in the greatest of health in their 70’s.
But keep that fear mongering mongering, my man.
