Feels bad for anyone living in that area.

What did I miss? Off to check the news.

LOL . That’s awesome. Crime is going to go through the roof. You know who it will affect? Oh I do.

The celebrities and athletes like Lebron James will help police from their twitter accounts.

They should be fine given they have access to the national guard to act as a stop gap measure.

But don’t you enjoy being afraid of your own police force?

Literally everyone who lives there and even more?

But what happens if say in a couple of years from now they start screaming police brutality again after they already “restructured”?

I dunno, Camden seems to be doing okay.

A police force is part of the community and should treat them and be treated as such.
When police think they are different from the community then there is something wrong.
Like a state is for and from the people and not something on it’s own. If it is there is something wrong.
Sorry, enough politics

Except that’s not what is happeneing.

First no guns for what whatever security they get.
So easy crimes.
Secondly how many people just lost there jobs.
Go to another city you say, oj but they are defunding them so no.

Hey here is a thought.
One bad cop does not equal all cops bad.
One bad protester inciting a riot does not equal all protesters bad.
Everyone is so stuck in their political bullcrap that they cant even be rational anymore.

Nope the nice neighborhoods will stay nice, the people complaining at the moment will not be able to leave their homes. It will be like Bosnia or Mogadishu when the civil authority broke down. Survival of the fittest.

On the upside, permanent five finger discounts.

Cops have about 270 million contact with civilians each year. This results in about 1000 deaths. 3-4 are blatantly bad. Problem doesn’t sound so “massive” to me.

You’d rather a city burn down to the ground than a notoriously crooked police department get cleaned up?
