Their official language on those servers is Spanish or Portugeese for the Brazilian ones. Just because you met some that can speak English doesn’t change anything. I’d do the same if there was Russian servers, for example, even though many Russians speak English. You never know which ones do and don’t before they join. And trying to screen that would be too complicated. People can use google translate while joining groups since we aren’t in the content yet and they will have time to do so.

Actually, Blizzard has said you cannot put “No BR servers” or the like in LFG descriptions. They even broke and add-on that would let you block specific servers.
