Doing this increases his damage and reduces the damage he takes. so clearly all blizzard has to do is make gems not give pvp ilvl.

Blizzard needs to fix this ASAP, major bug obviously not working as intended.

Watch them hotfix this before the day ends, by making the gems now “properly” increase your pvp ilvl when you gem inside the starting gates lol.
